Discouragement

Like all humanity, I go through trials and issues in life. I like to be transparent in reaching my new level in life and challenge myself to get there.  There are times in life that I don’t even want to get up out of bed, not out of laziness but discouragement. Well last Sunday was one of those days, I did not want to go serve or set up for church.  Well I got up, got ready and left home. The first person I saw at 7:30 am was my friend Kitzya, she gave me a BIG beautiful smile, and a hug and made me laugh so strong that at that moment, the way I felt just left me. Without hesitation she asked me how I was; she took the time to listen to how I felt, she she continue to smile and listen.  So as soon as we were done talking, we went straight to set up.  Encouragement started to kick in; just by Kitzya’s smile and being close with the body of Christ.
