Prayer Walks

We have the awesome opportunity to cover our community in prayer while inviting hundreds if not thousands of people to our Easter services and Egg Hunt. For two consecutive Saturdays we will walking around our surrounding neighborhoods and we’d love to have you join us.

Saturday March 16th – Pacific Beach
Join us at 10am at Felspar Park (1400 Felspar St. San Diego, CA 92109).

Saturday March 23rd – La Jolla
Join us at 10am at Calumet Park (5440 Calumet Ave San Diego, CA 92037)

We are excited about inviting people to our Easter weekend as it is going to be a great time where the gospel will be preached, people will be blessed and lives will be forever changed. As we prayer walk we get to help ensure people are there to experience all that God has for them. Join us for either one of these prayer walks, or both, and help us reach San Diego.

Prayer walking is Biblical. The greatest prayer walk in all history happened when Israel marched around Jericho. (Joshua 6)  We will be prayer walking on two separate days, but they walked around Jericho for seven days. The result of their walking was that the walls of Jericho came tumbling down, and the Israelites conquered the city.

The purpose of prayer walking is to bring down some spiritual walls; walls of unbelief and resistance to the message of the Bible. We want our prayer walking to be more than just hanging door hangers on doors, or passing out flyers. As we walk around neighborhoods, we will be praying for walls to come tumbling down!!
