We have partnered with Thrivent Financial to bring backpacks full of food to children and families in need within our community! We are challenging ourselves to fill 500 backpacks to minister to these needs within our community.
Here is how you can be a part! Simply stop by our church lobby on Sunday between 9am and 11:30am to pick up a backpack. Then go fill it with the items on the list that comes with the backpack. Once your backpack is filled return it to Canvas on September 27th… it is that simple. If you’d like, you can pick up more than one backpack and get the whole family involved. If you are unable to pick up a backpack on Sunday just simply click here and we will deliver one to your house so you can fill it and we will even pick it up from your house once it is filled.
